Proceed with Caution

All entries made in the Flatiron system are saved immediately.  Most can be updated by returning to the entry screen, updating the value, and confirming the reason for the change. Log entries can be crossed out to note that they may be disregarded.  However, there are a handful of actions that cannot be deleted or changed once entered. In these cases, confirmation messages will appear allowing the user to acknowledge that they want to make the intended action.

"Undo" Not Available

The following actions cannot be edited or undone by the user:

• Selecting the next branch for a subject
• Adding cycle iterations and stopping cycles
• Certifying an Exception as CS, NCS, or PD

Please take care when completing the above actions and ensure the data is correct before confirming (there will be multiple reminders).

Data changes can typically be performed on the back end. Yet, as a precaution, in the event that one of these actions is mistakenly made, please contact your CRA or the Flatiron Support Team using the in-app help system or via email at crsupport@flatiron.com. Do not add or update any additional data for the subject until you have received feedback from your CRA or Flatiron Support Team.
