Proceed With Caution

All entries made in the Flatiron system are saved immediately.  Most can be updated by returning to the data entry screen, updating the value and/or uploaded document, and confirming the reason for the change. Log entries can be crossed out to note that they may be disregarded.  However, there are a few actions that cannot be deleted or changed once entered. In these cases, confirmation messages will appear allowing the user to acknowledge that they want to make the intended action.

“Undo” Not Available

The following actions cannot be edited or undone by the user:

• Setting Anchor Dates
• Selecting next branch for a subject
• Adding cycle iterations and stopping cycles

Please take care when completing the above actions and verify the data is correct before acknowledging the confirmation message. 

In the event that one of these actions is mistakenly made, please contact your CRA or the Flatiron Support Team via email at crsupport@flatiron.com. Do not add or update any additional data for the subject until you have received feedback from your CRA or Flatiron Support.
