Release Notes 2.23.0

The following features were added as part of the Flatiron Vessel production release on June 16, 2025.

User Interface

• Updated the display of datetime values in Vessel to always reflect the value entered by the site user, which previously shifted for site users based on the time zone of the viewer.
• Removed the UTC offset shown with datetime values in the UI audit trail.  
• Fixed an issue where semicolons were not properly ingested in "other, specify" fields.
• Added a page-load indicator for the site-level PI signature tab. 

Reports

• Fixed an issue where dynamic grid headers were incorrectly ordered in the clinical listings report.
• Updated the clinical listings report to show the appropriate hash ID for the given CRF.
