The following features were added as part of the Flatiron Vessel production release on May 6, 2025.

User Interface

Fixed an issue where a reason for change was not required when updating a previously-cleared field in a CRF.
Fixed an issue where the audit trail did not reflect the value, unit, and reference range when an update was made to remove just the value.
Resolved an issue where some real-time edit checks were causing query duplicates with a closed message.
Fixed an issue where, in some instances, the user was not logged out after 12 hours after extending the Vessel session.
Fixed an issue where date values in the UI audit trail in subject logs sometimes appeared to shift by one day due to time zone discrepancies.
Fixed an issue where read-only users were unable to view some queries on subject logs.
Made an update to alert the user of the use of invalid characters in a data entry field that may cause data processing issues.
Fixed an issue where exceptions were sometimes incorrectly marked as "no longer an exception" when a string value was entered in a field with a specified range.
Fixed an issue where protocol access was incorrectly restricted on login in select cases.

Updated the Clinical Listings report to reflect "Not Done" selections instead of showing a blank field.
Fixed an issue where the hash ID in the Clinical Listings report sometimes reflected the site version rather than the CRF version.
Fixed an issue where the user role was incorrectly reflected in the Change History report.
