Release Notes (2.15.0)
The following features were released to Flatiron Vessel production on August 19, 2024.
User Interface
- Introduced the ability for Flatiron to transfer subjects and their data from one site to another, provided both sites share the same version history.
- Fixed an issue where the data completion state for subject logs became inconsistent across the log, log summary page, and Dashboard report. A refresh script is no longer needed to maintain consistency.
- Made an update to reroute users with access to a single protocol and a single site directly to the subject page upon login and after clicking the Flatiron Vessel logo to reduce clicks.
- Made an update to reroute users directly to the Subject List, skipping the Protocol page, when navigating from the Site List to the Subject List to reduce clicks.
- Fixed an issue where some site admins were receiving an error message when accessing the Admin page.
- Introduced a banner to notify users that data entry cannot be performed when a site, subject, or visit/ log is locked by the Data Manager.
- Updated the confirmation message shown when a subject, visit, or log is locked/ unlocked to reduce clicks.
- Fixed an issue where some log forms were created on the incorrect version for a particular study.
- Fixed an issue where real-time edit checks displayed a field in form-level queries.
- Implemented a blue checkmark icon to indicate completion of CRFs configured with the Dynamic Missing Field Count feature.
- Made updates to prevent data changes on forms with stale data (i.e., forms that have been updated since the form was loaded).
Reporting
- Updated the infrastructure of the clinical listings report to reduce the likelihood of future discrepancies between the UI and the report.
- Added site lock status column to Site List CSV export.
