Release Notes (2.14.0)
The following features were released to Flatiron Vessel production on July 8, 2024.
User Interface
- Added the time zone for visit update time and visit date-time in the Visit Update History in the user interface.
- Added the ability for data managers to lock sites. Once locked, all subject data at that site is read-only. Queries cannot be edited. This is a reversible action.
- To reduce click volume, we removed confirmation modals for the following workflows where the actions are easily reversible. These confirmation modals have been removed:
- Confirming visit start, visit date update, midnight visit time
- Confirming visit not done (not-done reason still required)
- Confirming an update to a visit exception (exception reason still required)
- Confirming visit procedure performance status
- Confirming decertification of an exception
- Added query text to the notification for real-time edit checks (configured at limited studies).
- Fixed an issue where the notification for real-time edit checks was erroneously firing when a data manager had already resolved the query.
- Restored "Extend Session" functionality.
- Fixed an issue where the incorrect version was being applied to subject logs.
Reporting
- Fixed an issue where the Dashboard Report incorrectly surfaced a "Data Incomplete" state for forms marked as "No - previously marked as yes".
System Admin
- Created a read-only protocol administrator role for Flatiron users to enable read-only admin permissions.
Data Exports
- Removed cookie dependency for accessing the queries API. Resolved an issue where a 500 error was thrown when a user attempted to access the queries API without a cookie header.
Infrastructure
- Performed planned security maintenance for browser protections.
