Flatiron Vessel Release Notes - Release 2023.07

The following features were added as part of the Flatiron Vessel production release on July 13, 2023.

Formerly known as Protocol First EDC, Flatiron Vessel is now dressed in all-new branding elements, including:
- Flatiron Vessel logo and references throughout the web application
- References to Protocol First and Protocol First EDC in emails from otp@protocolfirst.com and security@protocolfirst.com were updated to Flatiron Health and Flatiron Vessel
- Help Desk email help@protocolfirst.com were updated to crsupport@flatiron.com
- The following application URLs of all environments remain the same:
- OTP and user access information continue to be sent from otp@protocolfirst.com and security@protocolfirst.com with “Flatiron Vessel” as the sender.
Visit Schedule
- A bug that prevents unscheduled visits in studies with complex branching from being populated was fixed.
Audit Trail
- The “Where” column showing IP addresses of users was hidden from the audit trails displayed in the user interface of the system.
PI Signature
- The date and time of signature was added to the PI signature displayed in the PI Signature tab.
Certified Copy
- The Pre-drawn Signature selection dropdown was removed from the Add Certified Copy dialog box.

Clinical Listing
- Users are able to filter for site and subject to download a smaller subset of data, in addition to the current ability to download clinical listings for all sites and all subjects.
- A bug that caused column headers in RECIST-style forms to be displayed incorrectly was fixed.
Dashboard Report
- For any study enabled with Datavant integration, a new column was added at the end of the Subject Listing tab:
  - Datetime of Last Tokenization: Date and time when Datavant tokens were last generated for the subject. If no token was generated, the displayed value will be “No tokens generated”.
