Dynamic Grid

Dynamic grids allow for a row or a set of rows to be added as a grid to forms. This feature enables repeated data entry in a procedure CRF.  

If a row or a set of rows needs to be added, click the Add Rows button at the bottom of the page

Confirm you wish to add rows, once added the row(s) cannot be deleted.

The added grid of rows will be labeled with a number and show the date and time it was added. The grid label is configured according to the study specification and will be different between forms. Grid rows can be added at any time as many as needed.

If the dynamic grid is configured to not exceed a certain number of grids, an Alert will pop up when the number of grids has reached the maximum and the system will not allow more grids to be added.
