Flatiron EDC+ Release Notes - Release 2023.01

The following features were added as part of the Flatiron EDC+ production release on January 19, 2023.


User Interface

  • Query Listing
    • Queries opened on Visit Procedures with repeating timepoints were updated to display the repeat label for which time point the query was opened.
  • Subject Logs
    • A bug was fixed which caused the dropdown list for time fields to be blank.
  • Visit Repeat Procedures
    • A bug was fixed which prevented automated edit checks for CRFs with repeating timepoints from displaying on the CRF. The queries were previously still correctly included in the Query Listing and Query Listing Report.
  • Query Workflow
    • A bug was fixed which intermittently caused a client error to occur when opening or responding to queries.
  • Visit Schedule
    • A bug was fixed which caused the visit name displayed at the top of the visit screen to be incorrect when the cycle schedule is based on weekly visits.

Reporting

  • Query Listing Report
    • The “Open User” column was updated to correctly show the user who opened the query and not the user who took the most recent action.
    • Queries opened on Visit Procedures with repeating timepoints were updated to include the repeat label for which time point the query was opened.
    • Site name columns were updated to be consistent with the format used in the Dashboard Report.
    • Datetime formats were updated to be consistent across all fields in the report.
  • Clinical Listings
    • A bug was fixed which caused the review status of certain log rows to be displayed incorrectly.
  • Dashboard Report
    • Datetime formats were updated to be consistent across all fields in the report.
    • A bug was fixed which prevented the Dashboard Report from generating if a cell contained a value that exceeds 32000 characters.

Data Export

  • An update was made to improve how XPT files are generated:
    • An issue that prevented XPT files for certain domains to not generate was corrected. This issue was caused when records in the domain contain special characters.
