Dashboard Report and Clinical Listings

The Dashboard Report and Clinical Listings are found on the protocol home page. The Dashboard Report is found in Vessel and Source Upload, while Clinical Listings is found in the Vessel. Both Dashboard Report and Clinical Listings report are downloaded as an Excel file with .xlsx extension.

Dashboard Report

The Dashboard Report is primarily used by the CRAs, Site Users, and Data Management users to provide an overview of data entry status for sites, subjects, visits, procedures, and subject logs. It also is used to see status changes and updates in regards to CRA Review Status.  

The Dashboard Report is found on the homepage under the site name(s). 

Once selected, all sites to which the current user has been assigned will appear for selection. Select desired sites and press Generate Report. The Dashboard Report will download.

Clinical Listings are primarily used by CRAs, Data Management, and the sponsor study team to review data collection for multiple subjects and procedures collectively. This report  allows CRF-specific data for each protocol to be generated for all subjects and visits. 

Clinical Listings is found next to the Dashboard Report under the list of site names. 

Users can select a certain number of subjects and sites to download a smaller subset of data, or select all subjects and all sites. Once selected it will allow selection of up to 10 CRFs at a time.  Choose the desired CRFs and press Generate Report.  The Clinical Listing Report will then download.

Dashboard Report

• Monitor Query Listing tab
  • Open Date: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
  • Close Date: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
• Visit Listing tab
  • Visit Started in Vessel: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
  • Visit Date: UTC, consistent across all viewers in all timezones
• CRF Listing tab
  • Visit Date: UTC, consistent across all viewers in all timezones
  • Visit/Log Row Started in Vessel: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
  • Submit Date: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
  • Review Date: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
  • Signed Date: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
  • Last Certified Copy Upload Date: timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
