P1 EDC and P1 SU Maintenance Release Notes [Release 2021.12]

The following feature updates and fixes have been added as part of the P1 Platform production release on December 8, 2021.

Exception Workflow Enhancement

  • The exception tab has been updated to allow filtering by visit, procedure, and field.
  • The field level exception indicator will now turn green to indicate an exception has been certified.
  • Exception details (Status, Type, and Associated Event) can now be updated inline on the CRF.
  • A configuration attribute has been added to allow for a “Not Applicable” Event Type option to be included for any of the exception statuses (NCS, CS, or PD).

New Features

  • An integration with Datavant has been added and which can be enabled on a protocol-by-protocol basis.
  • Anchor dates will no longer be able to be set to a date previous to the earliest effective protocol version for the site.

Bug Fixes

  • A defect where the anchor date would adjust to the previous date will be corrected. 
  • A Defect where the manual query status would be incorrect when a query went from answered back to open will be corrected.
  • A defect where procedures with an open or answered query could not be updated via API was corrected.
