Updating or Removing Data

Once data has been entered into the software, Flatiron Support cannot change or remove the data.  Data that has been entered incorrectly on a CRF or Subject Log can be changed or cleared by a Site User with a reason for change.  The only exception to this is if a CRF has been marked that it has been performed, then it cannot be changed.

Here is an example of how to change a field.

Select a field that needs to be changed

Change to the updated value

The Reason for Change box will appear at the top of the screen

Select a reason why there was change and press confirm change.


The date field will turn blue and save the updated data

Any data that has been changed or removed with a given reason will be captured in the audit trail.
