P1 EDC Enhanced Functionality Release Notes [Release 21.01]

We have a few exciting product updates this month, we've rounded them all up here, so you can stay in the know!  The following features have been added as part of the P1 EDC production release on January 14, 2021.

Dashboard Report Updates

The following updates were made to the Dashboard Report:

  • Added Current Review Status column on the CRF Listing tab.
  • Added Current Query Status column on the CRF Listing tab.
  • Updated CRA Review related dates on CRF Listing tab to be displayed based on the current CRA Review status and last performed actions.
  • Updated DM Query related dates on CRF Listing tab to show dates based on status of the query (regardless whether or not it was opened or closed by an automated data review check or manually) to keep the view and logic in-sync with the review dates.
  • Fixed issue where missing fields counts were not calculating correctly for unscheduled visits.
  • Fixed issue where CRA Review status counts were not calculating correctly.
  • Added a new tab with column descriptions to provide detailed description of column names and what each column represents.

Protocol Artifact Updates

The following updates were made to the protocol build artifacts:

  • Added flag in the Data Entry Report to indicate whether or not source documents can be downloaded for a given CRF.
  • Added a new “Standard Library Required” column to the Data Entry Report to be used to indicate required fields for a set of standard library CRFs.

SDTM Export Updates

The following updates were made to the SDTM exports:

  • COUNTRY in the DM domain is now automatically populated with the ISO country code which was specified for the subject’s site. 
  • Updated SP domain to include review related dates and comments for repeating procedures.

Removed Features

The following features were removed from the system:

  • MRN Search
  • Procedure Listing
  • Certified Copy search
