Subject ID Number

The Subject ID is required when adding a new subject at a site.  The format will vary by protocol.  The only restriction enforced in Flatiron is that the ID be unique across the study

The subject ID can be updated at any time by using the Edit button next to the Subject ID. Only Site Users and Principal Investigators can edit subject ID.

The audit trail of subject ID edit actions is accessible by clicking the clock icon on the same row as the subject ID. The timestamp in the When column is in the timezone set up on the viewer's device and will be updated accordingly if the viewer changes their timezone setting.
