The following features have been added as part of the Protocol First production upgrade released on April 11, 2019.

Allow for Site and Subject Lists to be Exported

Reports at the Site and Subject level can now be exported to CSV using the download link on the page:

The status columns will be exported to separate columns in the CSV files and include appropriate header descriptions:

Allow Site Users Ability to Certify Exceptions

All Site Users now have the ability to certify exceptions that have been classified as NCS, CS, or PD and/or associated with a with a corresponding subject log entry.  (Previously this functionality was available only to Principal Investigators.) Search “exceptions” in the Help section to learn more about the Exceptions Workflow.

Add "View All Certified Copies" button to subject logs

All subject logs with at least one entry will have a button to allow all certified copies that have been uploaded to the selected log to be viewed together for all Site and CRA users.  

Export Subject/Visit Lock Status

The lock status is now exported in the SUPPSV and SUPPDM domains depending on where lock is applied. LOCK in SUPPDM will be Yes if lock has been applied to a Subject.  SVLOCK in SUPPSV will be Yes in if lock has been applied at the visit level.
